This video will have Santa address your children (or Santa fan of any age!) by name, mention something about them personally, and anything else you’d like to add. Santa has all kinds of great things to say, so don’t worry – you won’t have to write out the entire script!

Yes indeed! Santa wants to be as personal with your special recipient as possible! We have a standard list of things for Santa to know about, but if there’s something special you’d like Santa to say or mention so that the video is a personal experience – just let us know when you order it!

Absolutely! Once your video is purchased and created, it will be sent to you via text message (if you select) and via a downloadable link. Once you have downloaded your video, it will be yours to keep or share as you wish!

Depending on which video package you select, you can have anywhere from one to five names for Santa to address personally in your video.

As with anything related to the holidays, Santa gets busier as Christmas approaches, so order early! Santa will start making videos in the November timeframe and go through Christmas!

The average turnaround time is about a week, but Santa tries to make everyone happy and be faster than that. If you have a special event that needs to have a video made by a certain date, please let us know!
